MOLHCP, Monday June 14 2021:- Sierra Leone’s Minister of Lands Housing and Country Planning, Dr. Turad Senesie has played host to Africa’s Housing and Real Estate magnate, Mustapha Njie at his Youyi Building Office in Freetown.
Njie is visiting Sierra Leone to explore investment possibilities in line with his vision to construct one million homes in the continent in the next wenty years.
The Gambian mogul with a proven 45 years of successful career in the sector was accompanied to the West African nation by Sierra Leone’s High Commissioner to The Gambia.
At the meeting, Minister Turad Senesie outlined the President’s vision in the sector which prioritises the provision of affordable housing and proper country planning.
He disclosed that Sierra Leone is ready to welcome and work with credible investors in various sectors of development.
“We look forward to partner with you in the direction of developing micro cities and providing affordable for the low and middle income earners in Sierra Leone,” the minister asserted.
On his part, the Gambian Investor did a PowerPoint presentation highlighting the work of his TAF Africa Global Company in line with the one million homes agenda for the continent.
He expressed commitment to commence work in Sierra Leone as soon as possible, as according to him, the government has demonstrated seriousness in engaging and working with credible investors.
He pointed out that his investment in Sierra Leone will not only provide homes for the citizens but will equally create jobs and boost the economy.
An investment agreement between TAF Africa Global and the Government of Sierra Leone is expected to be signed in Freetown this week.
TAF Africa Global is a fast growing organisation present in multiple African countries building homes for the continent.
