NOTICE OF THE FINAL MEETING AND DISSOLUTION OF SCHOOLING FOR LIFE

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 414 of the companies Act No. 5 of 2009 of the Laws of Sierra Leone that the final meeting and the dissolution of Schooling for Life will be held on Friday, 18th June 2021 at 10:00 am, at 8 Bathurst Street, Freetown, Western Urban, in the Republic of Sierra Leone.

Regarding the aforesaid, Mr Alfred Akibo-Betts, the liquidator, and of 8 Bathurst Street, Freetown, is inviting all the members of the aforementioned company to kindly attend the meeting and on time.
