The Office of the Administrator and Registrar General of Sierra Leone has set aside funds from Government of Sierra Leone for the procurement of Furniture, Stationery, Computer and Accessories, Electrical and Audio-Visual Equipment, procurement of spare for vehicle and motor bikes, Sundry &Toiletries, Plumbing materials and now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of the listed items below under a “Framework Contract(s).
Bidders may quote for one or more lots. Lot(s) quoted should include all items listed under the lot(s). Partial quotation of the items listed in a lot shall be declared non-responsive. Below is the breakdown of the lots and respective Bid Security amount:

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the Procurement Unit in the, Office of the Administrator and Registrar General Roxy Building 28 Walpole Street Freetown , between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM – Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays. The bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non- refundable fee of LE 300, 000.00 (Three Hundred Thousands Leones).At the Finance department of OARG then a receipt will be issued to you for onwards submission of the receipt to the procurement unit to collect the bidding document.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the 16th April 2021 at 11am
and clearly marked “Bids for the supply of
Lot 1 (Office Furniture),
Lot 2 (Stationery),
Lot 3(Computer and Accessories),
Lot 4(Electrical and Audio Visual Equipment),
Lot 5 (Procurement of spare for Vehicle/Motor bike)
Lot 6 (Sundry/Toiletries)
Lot 7(Procurement of Plumbing materials)
Bidders who wish to quote for more than one lot are encouraged to provide aggregate bids securities, copies attached to each bid or lot.
All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business Registration Certificate
- Bid Security as stated above from a reputable commercial Bank
- A valid NRA Tax Clearance Certificate;
- Municipal Council Certificate
- A valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate;
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- Evidence of similar Contract.
- Evidence of capacity to undertake the contract.
Bids will be publicly opened on Wednesday 16th April 2021 at 11:05am, in the presence of the bidders’ or their representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
