Procurement of Forty (40) Brand New Tricycles for Freetown City Council Environmental Health and Sanitation Department

The Freetown City Council has received funds from Mayor Migration Council (MCC) for the procurement of Forty (40) brand new Tricycles for the Environmental Health and Sanitation Department, and now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

Heavy Trike, Cargo Tricycle with Five Wheels

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the Financial Capability and a good track record of supplying the Forty (40) brand new Tricycles.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9:00 am – 4:45 pm (Mondays to Fridays).  Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Leones (Le350, 000.00).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday 5^th April, 2021 at 12:30 pm. All bids must be accompanied by:

• A valid Business registration certificate
• Bid Security of SLL 42,000,000.00 (Forty Two Million Leones) from a reputable Commercial Bank in Sierra Leone;
• A valid tax clearance certificate;
• A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
• A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
• Evidence of similar supply of goods

Bids will be publicly opened on 5^th April, 2021at12:40 pm, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below.  Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
