The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) President, Babadi Kamara, has inspected the ongoing construction of the ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐-๐จ๐-๐ญ๐ก๐-๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐๐-๐ฌ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐ฉ๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐จ๐ง at the SLFA Football Academy in Kingtom, reaffirming his unwavering commitment to transforming football infrastructure in Sierra Leone. The inspection was witnessed by the ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฒ, ๐๐จ๐ก๐๐ฆ๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ฐ๐จ๐ก, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฒ, ๐๐ฌ๐ก๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐๐ข๐๐ฎ ๐๐๐ง๐ฎ ๐๐ฌ๐ช.
During the visit, President Kamara expressed satisfaction with the pace and quality of work, noting that the pavilion will significantly enhance the Academyโs capacity to host matches, training sessions, coaching courses and other football activities in a more professional, safe and comfortable environment. He also commended the contractors for the steady progress made on the landmark project.

The 435-seater pavilion is a personal initiative of President Babadi Kamara, fully funded from his own resources and donated to the Sierra Leone Football Association. Valued at over ๐๐$๐๐๐,๐๐๐, the project also includes the installation of a ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐-๐จ๐-๐ญ๐ก๐-๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ ๐ฌ๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐๐จ๐๐ซ๐ and reflects the SLFA Presidentโs enduring commitment to creating modern football facilities that will benefit the game for generations to come.

Speaking during the inspection, President Kamara reiterated his determination to leave a lasting legacy through sustainable infrastructure investments that will continue to uplift Sierra Leone football. He emphasized that the pavilion will provide quality seating for spectators and stakeholders while further strengthening the SLFA Football Academy as a centre of excellence for football development.

The ongoing construction represents another significant milestone in the SLFAโs broader vision of modernising football infrastructure and creating an enabling environment for players, coaches, officials and supporters, as the Association continues to invest in facilities that support the long-term growth and professionalisation of football across Sierra Leone.
