As the Chief Executive Officer of OWL Newspaper, a former Independent Media Commission (IMC) Commissioner, educator and philanthropist, Alhaji Bangura has consistently used his voice, influence and resources to champion education, promote responsible journalism and support national development. His commitment extends beyond words. Over the years, he has remained one of the most dependable sons of Prince of Wales School spearheading publicity for major school events, serving in key leadership positions within OPWA, and providing continuous financial and moral support to students and school activities. His recent donations to the Prince of Wales Scouts and the Class of 2026 further demonstrate his enduring belief in investing in the next generation.
This election is, therefore, not a surprise. It is a well-deserved endorsement of a leader whose actions have consistently spoken louder than promises. The confidence reposed in him by fellow Old Prince Waleans is a testament to his integrity, humility, vision and proven record of service.
