Bravura Sierra Leone, a key player in the mining and energy sector, has officially launched its Graduate Trainee Recruitment Program aimed at developing the next generation of industry leaders across Africa by recruiting 200 personel in the area of geology, mining and engineering.
According to the country’s representative Fassally Tarawally the program seeks to attract and nurture top-tier graduates with strong academic backgrounds and a passion for innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence in disciplines such as engineering, geology, environmental science, and related STEM fields.
With a focus on mineral mapping, exploration, exploitation, and mineral refining, Bravura is committed to fostering innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable resource management. Recognizing the urgent need to invest in the brightest young minds, the company has developed a 24-month structured initiative that combines hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge projects.

Eligibility Requirements: To be considered, applicants must:Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Have graduated with at least a second-class upper (or equivalent GPA).Be under 25 years of age at the time of application.
Possess 0–2 years of work experience and be fluent in English.Be willing to relocate and work outside of Sierra Leone as needed.
