Uchechi Ucy Rochas, the Director General of the Rochas Foundation, attended the graduation ceremony of Batch 17-24 at the Defence and Police Officers’ Wives Association (DEPOWA) Skills Acquisition Center.
The event, held under the patronage of Mrs. Oghogho G. Musa, President of DEPOWA and wife of the Chief of Defence Staff, celebrated the achievements of the graduates in advancing their skills and contributing to community empowerment.
