Razpec Manufacturing and Supplies (SL) Ltd. Is a 100% Indigenous Sierra Leonean owned company, and in the business of designing and manufacture high strength un-plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) Windows, and pre-printed Galvanized (PPGL) roofing sheets. 

The company also manufacture colored steel plates, aluminum coils, aluminum windows and doors, aluminum railings and sliding and non-galvanized roofing zinc for residential, commercial, industrial and other infrastructural construction. 

We are looking for an excellent and experienced Manager to oversee business operations and provide strategic leadership for our growing company. The Manager’s responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, marketing and business growth plans, adherence to company policies while maintaining dialogue with stakeholder’s and driving organisational success.

The prospective Manager, should be able to manage and advance the business’s strategic objectives. Ultimately, exhibit exceptional leadership, and drive the company’s growth visions.

1. Position: General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

The relevant experience required for the position includes: running a small business, managing a large department, or overseeing business operations. These roles help individuals learn excellent organisational skills and improve their commercial awareness.

Duties include:

• Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term growth goals.

• Reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice.

• Developing and implementing business plans to enhance cost-efficiency and drive profitability.

• Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.

• Overseeing the company’s business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.

• Supervising, guiding, and delegating employees in their duties.

• Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated and adhered to.

• Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.

• Building and enhancing the company’s public profile at events and speaking engagements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills        

• Extensive experience as a Manager of a manufacturing business or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Duration: Initially 1year and renewable.

Remuneration
