East End Lions fans have called for the sacking of coach, Francis Zappa Koroma following the team’s poor run of form in the Sierra Leone Premier League title race.
Francis Zappa’s position as East End Lions boss remains under intense scrutiny at the club, as fans believe he is unfit in the dugout lead as title contender to current league leaders Bo Rangers.
Coach Zappa has won just 3 of his last eight premier league games in charge of the club, scoring 6 and drawn 5 with 2 consecutive 0-0 draws in a row.
East End Lions currently sits in 3rd position with just 3 points behind league leaders Bo Rangers, and 1 point behind 2nd place Mighty Blackpool despite East End Lions having played 1 more than both Bo Rangers and Mighty Blackpool.
The team has appeared to be very sluggish in front of goal, with their recent 0-0 draw against Old Edwardians at the Trade Center playing field on Thursday evening.
Furious East End Lions fans have called for Zappa to be sacked as they chants “Zappa must Go” “We nor want Zappa, Zappa for Go.”
