The Freetown City Council has received funds from the Government of Sierra Leone (GOSL) and its Own Source Revenue for the Printing and Supply of Council Receipt Books, Certificates and Hospital Forms for the year 2022/2023. Freetown City Council now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the printing and supply of the various forms on request.

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the ability and capacity to print and supply the various Receipt Books, Certificates and Hospital Forms.
Bidders are further informed that the award of contract is also based on assessed capacity.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NLe 500.00 (Five Hundred Leones). All prospective bidders are required to make payment for bidding documents into the following account with details as shown:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 14th December, 2022 at 12:00 Noon. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security of is from a reputable Commercial Bank; See table above
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A valid local Council certificate
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- Samples of printed items
Bids will be publicly opened on 14th December, 2022 at 12:00 Noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
