Sierra Leone top male swimmer, Joshua J. J. Wyse who is also doubles as Junior and Senior Olympian Swimmer has told this press that he is optimistic of securing medal in the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England
Joshua is presently the captain of the Sierra Dolphins said he is thrilled in representing green, white and blue in Birmingham. He has represented Sierra Leone in the 15th FINA World Championships in Abu Dhabi last year. He said he has been training intensively at the Aberdeen Beach for the past months since the closure of the Siaka Stevens Stadium Swimming Complex, adding that securing Gold, Silver, or Bronze will be achievement not only for Sierra Leone but will also add to his Swimming career. He called on Sierra Leone to support team Sierra Leone in the coming games.
