The Chief Executive of the National Public Procurement Authority (NPPA), Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray (MCIPS) has received an award of recognition for his tremendous efforts in promoting free quality education (FQE) in Sierra Leone.
This award is in respect of the numerous strides made by the NPPA boss through his academic foundation which organizes quiz and debate competitions all over the country which is greatly complementing the President’s Free Quality Education scheme.
The 50 Most Influential Sierra Leonean Women have also acknowledged the efforts of the NPPA boss in empowering young girls all over the country through education in order for them to be focused and self-reliant in society.
It could be recalled that Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray through his academic foundation, has accorded many deserving student with scholarships and other forms of educational boosts to Sierra Leonean children over the years.
Amongst President Bio’s appointees since 2018 to date, the NPPA boss is the most outstanding leader in pushing the flagship agenda of the current government led by H.E President Bio.
