The Freetown City Council has received funds from the Government of Sierra Leone (GOSL) for the Procurement of Sonography Equipment (Ultrasound Machine), Laboratory Equipment and Reagent for Lumley Government Hospital, and now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the ability and financial capability to supply the goods therein.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (Mondays – Fridays).Bidding document may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Leones).

 Payment for Bidding documents must be made into any of the bank accounts listed below and the payment slip submitted to the Procurement Unit for collection of the bidding document:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before April 11^th 2022 at 12:00 Noon. All bids must be accompanied by:

• A valid Business registration certificate
• Bid Security from a reputable Commercial Bank;
• A valid tax clearance certificate;
• A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
• A valid local Council certificate
• A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
• Pictorial evidence of items

Bids will be publicly opened on 11^th April, 2022 at 12:10 pm in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below.  Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
