The Gola Rainforest Conservation Company Limited by Guarantee hereby invites sealed envelope from eligible bidders for the drilling of bore hole in the Gola Rainforest National Park substation in Teyama Malema Chiefdom, Kailahun District.

Bidding is open to all companies from the 31^st January, 2022 to 12^th February, 2022, who can demonstrate the ability and technical capability to provide this service.

In accordance with government procedure, Bidders will need to make a site visit to do a site investigation to determine the availability of water. The scope of the work will include the drilling of the bore hole and testing of the water with a requirement of solar panels and pump for the supply of water to the building and for the uses of the community. Also please quote the discount there would be for drilling a second hole.

Qualified and interested bidders may obtain the Terms of Reference either through email request or at the GRNP 164 Dama Road, Kenema between 9:00am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than 12:00 GMT on Friday 12^th February, 2022.

For local bidders or international companies resident in Sierra Leone, bids must be accompanied by the following:

1. A valid copy of Business Registration Certificate
2. A valid copy of current NASSIT clearance certificate
3. A valid copy of current NRA tax clearance certificate
4. Company profile ( provide names of staff assigned, physical address and contact details of the contact person)
5. Past performance records
6. Three reference letters with contact details (within last 6 months, from similar clients or organization).

Bids will be opened on Monday 14^th February, 2022 at 3:00pm GMT in the GRNP office at 164 Dama Road, Kenema and only successful bidder will be contacted.
