Appearing in Court this morning Tuesday 14th December, 2021, the APC 2018 presidential candidate, Dr. Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara was represented by two former Attorney Generals and two former ACC bosses; a former ombudsman coupled with a galaxy of erudite advocates with legal dexterity in the country.
SLPP’s ACC is smitten with an ignoble legal calamity in this highly profiled case; more especially due to the fact that when the alleged incident bordering on corruption occurred, Dr. Samura Kamara was not in office. at the time the Sierra Leone Chancery in New York was under repairs.
The ones who were actually responsible and who handled the funds for these re[airs were not named in the indictment; something which has raised eyebrows on whether the indictment of Dr.Samura Kamra is not merely a witch-hunt.
