As Sierra Leoneโ€™s U-20 Shooting Stars prepare for their crucial quarterfinal match against Morocco in the TotalEnergies U-20 Africa Cup of Nations, the team received a timely boost from senior government sports officials during a visit to their hotel in Ismailia, Egypt.

Led by Minister of Sport Madam Augusta James-Teima and NSA Executive Director Dr. Emmanuel Saffa Abdulai, the visit was a clear show of support ahead of what could be a historic moment โ€” a win that would see Sierra Leone qualify for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile.

Dr. Abdulai commended the players for their discipline and resilience and pledged a $๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐›๐จ๐ง๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐š๐ฒ๐ž๐ซ if they triumph in the quarterfinal. Captain Momoh Ibrahim Kamara, speaking on behalf of the team, expressed gratitude and promised the squad will give their all. Head coach Mohamed Lamin Kamara assured fans of the teamโ€™s readiness and unity.

With national pride on the line, the Shooting Stars are fully motivated to make history.
