**U.S. Embassy in Sierra Leone Temporarily Shuts Down for Holidays**The United States Embassy in Sierra Leone has announced a temporary closure in observance of two important holidays.

The Embassy will be closed on Monday, February 17, in honor of President’s Day, a U.S. national holiday. Additionally, it will remain closed on Tuesday, February 18, to observe Armed Forces Day, a public holiday in Sierra Leone.

During this period, all official business and consular services will be on hold.
