Sierra Leone Ambassador Under House Arrest for Alleged Possession of Cocaine

Reports have emerged from an undisclosed African country that a Sierra Leonean ambassador, alleged to be the Sierra Leone Ambassador to Guinea, is currently under house arrest following the discovery of a substance suspected to be 300 grams of cocaine.

The ambassador is reported to being closely monitored by local authorities and is prohibited from leaving the country as investigations continue.

Sources indicate that the ambassador’s driver and another Sierra Leonean national were apprehended alongside him. The two individuals were reportedly found in possession of three cartons containing the suspected drugs and a substantial amount of cash totaling $100,000.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Sierra Leone has been notified of the situation and is closely monitoring the developments. Authorities in the host country are conducting a thorough investigation to determine the full extent of the alleged drug-related activities.
