Re: INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS FOR AUDITING SERVICES
On behalf of Rainbo Initiative (RI) Management and Board of Directors I would like to request that you submit a proposal for audit services for the FY 2020. This is for the period January to December 2020.
Rainbo Initiative is a national NGO that is passionate to end Sexual and Gender-Based Violence(SGBV) in Sierra Leone. RI was the first provider of free medical treatment and psychosocial services for survivors of Sexual Gender Based-Violence (SGBV) in Sierra Leone. To date we have helped more than 40,000 women and girls who have experienced SGBV. We combine this service with community outreach and national advocacy to ensure that change is systemic and sustainable.
Over the last 17 years we evolved from a project of an INGO to a leading national NGO and a respected provider of SGBV services and related data. We currently have a staff of 74 and run five Rainbo centres in Bo, Freetown, Kenema, Kono and Makeni.
We have robust systems and strong internal control and policies in place to support organizational performance and growth. Rainbo Initiative runs a QuickBooks accounting system and would like to obtain auditing services from a reputable accounting firm to conduct financial audit services for FY 2020.
We are writing to request these services from your institution as we believe that your institution is a well-known accredited and trustworthy accounting firm and we will be honored to be part of your client
portfolio. We manage and run a yearly budget estimated between €800,000-€1,000,000
