There was no rest for the Director General of NATCOM, Mr Daniel Kaitibie after he spends the whole weekend moving in lightning speed around Constituencies 109, 110, 111 and 112 in the rural areas of the City of Freetown encouraging the electorate to register for the 2023 elections.
Mr Kaitibie encouraged party agents and motivated them with topup for their phones.
Aside from encouraging locals in the said Constituencies, Mr Kaitibie was able to visit scores of registration centres to monitor the exercise to ensure that things were going well.
According to Mr Kaitibie, contrary to the lies told by the opposition All People’s Congress party, that the exercise is being influenced by the governing Sierra Leone Peoples Party, the exercise was moving smoothly in a very peaceful atmosphere with no violence or intimidation from anybody.
Mr Kaitibie is encouraging the electorate to exercise their rights of franchise by registering.–
