PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES

The Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Limited has allocated funds for the procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automated Teller Machines and now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders for the supplyand provision of Annual Maintenance after the warrantee period of one year.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between the hours of 9:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of five hundred thousand Leones (SLL 500,000) and method of payment will be by cash into SLCB Account {003-001-118533-13-01-13} at Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Limited, 29-31 Siaka Stevens Street and pay-in slip submitted to the Procurement Unit.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 8thOctober 2020, at 12:00 noon. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security of SLL 65,000,000 from a reputable Commercial Bank;
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- Manufacturer`s Authorization certificate
- The firm should have competent personnel with the following minimum qualifications;
- Microsoft Certified solutions expert productivity
- Proven skills in both hardware and software (NDC/NDC+, PROCASH)
- Certified Associate in project management (CAPM) Certification
- Cisco Certified specialist- Enterprise core
- Proven skill in working with Cieno and procashNixdof series ATM.
Bids will be publicly opened on Thursday 8th October 2020, at 12:00 noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
