SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PHOTOVOLTAIC EQUIPMENT

GIZ is dedicated to building a future worth living around the world. GIZ has been working in Sierra Leone since 1963 with now more than 100 national and international personnel working in projects implemented together with our Sierra Leonean partners funded by the German Government. GIZ is currently based and implementing projects in Freetown, Koinadugu, Kono and Kailahun Districts and through it partners in many other districts within Sierra Leone. 

GIZ Sierra Leone through one of its projects “ENERGISING DEVELOPMENT (EnDEV)” are currently on the market to seek for an experienced and qualified company for the supply of “PHOTOVOLTAIC EQUIPMENT”

Requirement:

Upon submission of the bid, suppliers will be required to submit the following document:

• Valid Certificate of business registration.
• Valid Certificate of GST Registration.
• Valid NRA Domestic tax Clearance
• Valid NASSIT Tax Clearance.
• Valid Council Certificate

• Reference of at least 2 similar supplies done in the past 2 years (full details of references including telephone numbers and email addresses must be submitted for further verification).

Interested companies can collect bidding document where all conditions/specifications and quantities are stated from GIZ Country Office 32D Wilkinson Road, Freetown at free of cost, between the hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm from Thursday, 7^th November 2024 to Tuesday 19^th November 2024.

Completed Bids must be submitted to the email
