Chief Executive Officer of Africa Young Voices (AYV) Media Empire, Ambassador Anthony Navo Jr., is set to make a grand announcement as he officially unveils a brand new car as part of the US$20,000 Star Prize for the AYV Miss University 2023/24 Pageant. The unveiling ceremony will take place today, Sunday, 21st April 2024, at 2:00 pm at LOR Restaurant in Freetown.
Ambassador Navo Jr. will gather with all nine contestants vying for the prestigious Miss University title, alongside event sponsors, partners, media representatives, bloggers, influencers, and other distinguished guests to unveil the exciting prize.
The AYV Miss University 2023/24 Pageant, a collaboration between AYV, Africell, the National Union of Sierra Leone Students (NUSS), and Eminence Africa, promises to be a thrilling event showcasing the talent and beauty of university queens from across Sierra Leone. Representing institutions such as IPAM, FBC, UNIMTECH, COMAHS, Limkokwing, MMTU, and UNIMAK, the nine reigning queens will compete for the coveted crown at the Radisson Blu Mammy Yoko Hotel in Aberdeen, Freetown, on 26th April 2024.
The highlight of the pageant will be the announcement of the winner, who will not only claim the prestigious title but also drive home in the brand new Suzuki Swift Car, courtesy of Sharlimar Trading. The crowned queen will also have the honor of representing Sierra Leone at the Miss University Africa competition.
