Prominent APC 2028 Flagbearer Aspirant, Ady Macauley was among the key dignitaries who paid their last respects to the late Comrade Abdul Ajasco Bangura, Organising Secretary of Port Loko District, during a solemn memorial service at Bai Bureh Memorial Hall.

Macauley described Bangura as a committed comrade whose leadership was defined by humility, discipline, and quiet strength. He noted that Bangura was one of the few grassroots organisers whose impact often spoke louder than his words.

“He wasn’t loud, but he was deeply vibrant and effective. Abdul’s legacy reminds us that true leadership is found in consistency, loyalty, and service without seeking applause,” Macauley stated during his tribute.
His words resonated with many, especially younger party members who looked up to Bangura as a mentor.

The ceremony brought together family members, comrades, and regional leaders, all united in grief and reflection. A banner honouring Bangura read, “May His Docile Soul Rest in Perpetual Serenity”, marking the passing of a man whose quiet dedication will be long remembered.
