The Ady Macauley Football Gala which was organized by Soja tong Community came to an exciting close on Sunday, June 15, 2025, as Hill Street FC and Soldier Street FC battled it out in the grand finale at the Akibo Betts/Tower Hill Football Field.

The event, organized by the Soja Tong Community, drew hundreds of fans who came out to witness the thrilling climax of this year’s tournament.

The gala, held in honour of prominent 2028 APC Flagbearer Aspirant, Ady Macauley, has grown into a major community sporting tradition, promoting peace, youth engagement, and local talent development.

Over the past weeks, the competition has showcased electrifying football and community spirit, bringing neighbourhoods together in the heart of Freetown.
