The National Chairman of the All People’s Congress (APC), Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray, has officially presented former President Ernest Bai Koroma with his digital party ID card and registration certificate. The presentation took place during a recent visit by the APC leadership to the former president in Abuja, Nigeria.

The gesture was a mark of respect and recognition of Koroma’s significant contributions to the party and the nation. Having served as APC Chairman and Leader, as well as Sierra Leone’s longest-serving president in recent history, Koroma played a pivotal role in strengthening the party and positioning the country on the global stage.

Speaking during the presentation, Chairman Minkailu Mansaray emphasized Koroma’s enduring legacy, stating:

“This is in recognition of your role in politics, both within and beyond Sierra Leone, and your efforts in positioning the country for international recognition. We acknowledge that no other president has led Sierra Leone longer than you, and you transformed the APC from an underdog to a formidable political force.”

Mansaray further assured the former president that the APC would never forget his contributions, adding:”In light of your exceptional leadership, we are honored to present you with your digital ID and party registration certificate.”

Former President Koroma warmly received the delegation and expressed gratitude for their visit and recognition. The meeting underscored the APC’s continued appreciation for his leadership and contributions to the party’s growth and national development.
