The leadership of the All People’s Congress (APC) party congregated at the Ghadafi Mosque in Wellington to observe the last Juma Friday prayers on April 5, 2024. This significant gathering highlighted the unity and determination of the party to address Sierra Leone’s economic challenges.
Prominent figures in attendance included Chairman Minkailu Mansaray, Deputy Chairman Ambassador O. F Yansaneh, National Secretary General Lansana Dumbuya Esq, former Flag bearer for 2018 & 2023 Dr. Samura Kamara, former deputy leader and running mate for 2018 & 2023 Honourable Chernoh RM Bah, National Publicity Secretary Sidi Yayah Tunis, National Financial Secretary Osman Jalloh, Deputy Organizing Secretary CS Kamara, and other senior members and supporters of the APC party. Their presence conveyed a message of solidarity and commitment to the nation’s development.
The prayer session at the mosque exemplified love and unity, underscoring the party’s dedication to effecting positive change in Sierra Leone. Leaders emphasized their collective efforts to address the ongoing economic crisis and work towards a brighter future for all citizens.
Following the prayers, party executives, stakeholders, and supporters gathered at the party office for the recitation of the Quran, a customary practice during Ramadan. This spiritual activity was followed by the Iftar meal, strengthening bonds among members and fostering unity within the APC party.
