The Freetown City Council has allocated funds From Its Own Source Revenue for the Procurement of the Hiring of Service Providers for the Fumigation of Council Buildings,
Markets and Cemeteries, and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above listed Activities:
Bidding is open to all service providers who can demonstrate the Technical and Financial capabilities to provide the services therein. The Hiring of Service Providers for the Fumigation of Councils Building,
Markets and Cemeteries will capacitate the Environmental and Sanitation Department to facilitate clearing of pests and insects which pose a health hazard to these facilities.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 10:00am to 4:00pm (Mondays – Fridays). Bidding documents
may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NLe500 (Five Hundred Leones) in any of the following account numbers:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday 27th February 2023 at 12:00 Noon.
All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security of NLe18,000 (Eighteen Thousand Leones) for each lot from a reputable Commercial Bank.
- A valid tax clearance certificate.
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate.
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- Evidence of Similar Contract Performed
- Local Council Registration Certificate
Bids will be publicly opened on 27th February 2023 at 12:10 pm in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
